These Terms of Use apply to Aspiring Apps and its associated applications, website and portal ("the Apps"). By using the Apps you agree to these terms. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
You can use most features without an account. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings or at aspiringapps.com/portal/delete-account.
The files and data you create remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and transmit them only as needed to provide the Apps, for example to sync them to the cloud or answer an AI assistant request. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Some Apps offer optional paid subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Prices, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings.
Do not use the Apps to break the law, to store or share content you have no right to, or to interfere with the Apps or our servers.
Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check results, especially calculations and figures, before relying on them.
The Apps are record-keeping and productivity tools. They do not provide medical, legal, tax or financial advice.
The Apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages arising from your use of the Apps. Keep your own copies of important records.
We may update these terms when the Apps change. Changes are shown by a new Effective Date at the top of this page; continuing to use the Apps means you accept them.
